What Pretoria conditions do to this equipment
Pretoria's higher ambient summer temperatures push condensers harder than most of Gauteng, which shortens compressor life on undersized units. We service homes in the eastern suburbs as well as government, guest house and food retail sites across the city.
Faults we most often find on these call-outs
- Fridge not cold but freezer working
- Compressor running continuously
- Frost build-up on the back panel
- Door seal failure
How a Pretoria call-out runs
- 01Telephonic triage to confirm symptom, equipment type and site access
- 02On-site diagnostics: electrical readings, refrigerant pressures, superheat and airflow
- 03Written findings with a fixed-scope quote before any parts are fitted
- 04Repair or installation, commissioning readings and a signed workmanship report
