Information we collect
We collect the details you submit through our quote, booking and contact forms: name, contact number, email address, area, service required, equipment and brand details, and your description of the problem. We also record the page the enquiry was submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
Why we collect it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, dispatch a technician, prepare quotes and invoices, and maintain equipment service history for future visits.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Details are shared only with the technician attending your site and, where a part must be ordered, with the relevant supplier.
Retention
Enquiry and job records are retained for as long as needed to service the equipment history and to meet accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@reyds.co.za. We handle such requests in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
Security
Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled systems. Only staff who need it to service your request can view it.
