What Florida conditions do to this equipment
Florida and the surrounding Roodepoort suburbs have older installations where full replacement is often more economical than repeated repairs.
Faults we most often find on these call-outs
- Freezer leaking water onto the floor
- Ice build-up around the fan
- Not holding minus eighteen degrees
How a Florida call-out runs
- 01Telephonic triage to confirm symptom, equipment type and site access
- 02On-site diagnostics: electrical readings, refrigerant pressures, superheat and airflow
- 03Written findings with a fixed-scope quote before any parts are fitted
- 04Repair or installation, commissioning readings and a signed workmanship report
