What Hatfield conditions do to this equipment
Hatfield's student accommodation blocks, embassies and restaurants run high-duty-cycle air conditioning and kitchen refrigeration. Maintenance contracts dominate our work here.
Faults we most often find on these call-outs
- Undersized units installed by others
- Poor pipe runs causing oil return problems
- Incorrect electrical supply and isolators
How a Hatfield call-out runs
- 01Telephonic triage to confirm symptom, equipment type and site access
- 02On-site diagnostics: electrical readings, refrigerant pressures, superheat and airflow
- 03Written findings with a fixed-scope quote before any parts are fitted
- 04Repair or installation, commissioning readings and a signed workmanship report
